SHIPPING

All domestic and international packages are shipped by USPS

Same Day Shipping:

 All orders placed  before 12 pm EST will go out the same day. Orders received after 12 pm EST will be shipped on  the following business day.

*If in cases there is a high amount of volume, orders may be fulfilled and shipped out the next business day.

 Delivery:

After order is accepted by shipping carrier (USPS), Kimono Lash USA will not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to provide complete and accurate address as well as contact information.

RETURN POLICY

Defective or Incorrect merchandise:

We strongly encourage you to inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.  If you find that you have received a defective or incorrect order, you will have 48 hrs from note of delivery confirmation to correct your order. To correct, please do the following:

1.  Take a photo of "Defective" or "Incorrect" merchandise.

2.  Send photo to our email address: kimonolash@gmail.com.  Please also state the name and address used upon purchase of item.

3.  Once we have confirmed, we will notify you through email on further instructions. (Kimono Lash USA reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. 

Merchandise Returns or Exchanges:

ALL Products on Sale Items are FINAL!  Once order has been placed and accepted, there are absolutely NO Returns or Exchanges.
